C. MAGAN GRAHAM

Graham focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and insurance defense before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and Court of Existing Claims.  Graham began her career on the Claimant’s side of the bar which allows her to provide a unique approach in providing advice to both insured and self-insured employers. She also speaks to various groups on the topics of safety in the workplace, how employers can avoid workers’ compensation litigation, and workers’ compensation fraud.  Graham holds a AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale.

Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association.  Licensed in all Oklahoma state courts.  Graham is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the OBA and the Oklahoma Defense Counsel Association.  In addition to maintaining her practice, Graham is a member of Junior Hospitality Club, Inc. and served on the Board of Directors for four years in the capacity of Membership Director and President. Graham is a current member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court. While attending Centenary College of Louisiana, Graham was an active member of Chi Omega Fraternity and held the office of Membership Director.  She was also a member of Centenary Ladies Gymnastics.
